President's Address

Dear All,

Welcome to the official Cambridge University Law Society website! I am Erica San, and I will be your CULS President for the academic year 2019-20.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of the Cambridge University Law Society (CULS). CULS is one of the oldest (founded 1901) and most active societies in Cambridge, running a vast array of social and career events, speakers events, Pro Bono projects, mooting, the Law Ball, the Lent Gala and many more. We even have our own termly publication and blog – Per Incuriam. There is something in it for everyone.

We have continued our expansion of the Alumni Department and Non-Law Department, which were both established last year, to ensure that we can serve all of our members. Do keep an eye out for our publicity on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and mailing list to be kept up to date with CULS events and news!

We will also be working more closely with the Careers Service and the Law Faculty this year to organise more academic and career-related events and talks for our members.

We would also like to thank our current and new sponsors for their generous support to our society. We look forward to working with every one of you in the coming year.

Hope you’re all geared up for this exciting journey ahead.

All the best and see you soon!

Best wishes,
Erica San
CULS President 2019-2020
